Each student will have their choice of creating either a luminary tree or snowman.
Our Potter, Celena, will guide you as you form the cone base for your handcrafted original sculpture. All of your supplies to inspire creativity with patterns, textures, and modeling elements will be provided.
Your work will then be glazed and fired in our studios, and we will notify you it is ready to be picked up after our next kiln firing (roughly a month). Arrangements can be made for shipping if needed.
We require a 48hr notice if you are unable to attend the class. If given after the 48hr window, you will not be issued a refund.
Ceramics, while beautiful, is not instantaneous. After the class, it will take about a month to get the piece fired and glazed. At the end, we will contact you that the piece is complete and ready to pick up. In the event you need the piece shipped we can figure out the shipping costs over the phone. If the piece is destroyed in the kiln, we will issue you a gift certificate for half the cost of the class.
